Somebody Famous Slept Here

Everybody knows that Maplewood-South Orange is a crack in the world, a place that attracts creative people of all stripes.  For a project with a tentative title  "Somebody Famous Slept Here: A History of South Orange/Maplewood"  we are collecting names,  addresses, and dates when famous people lived and worked here.

We include artists, painters, poets, musicians, actors,photographers,sports figures, sculptors,  film makers, writers,  but also great thinkers who made their mark on the world:  think of Mennen,  Lionel, et al who worked and lived here at the turn of the last century.

If you know of somebody who is/was creative, and made a splash,  write back and lets make a good list.

Does anybody know which house Joe Dimaggio and Marilyn Monroe lived in near Flood's Hill?  That would be fun.
