LEARNING TO LOVE UNCONDITIONALLY

We all experience problems because we cherish some people, at some times, more than others. Learning to cherish others without exception is the very essence of Buddhism. Cherishing everyone does not mean loving some people less; it means appreciating everyone more deeply, and allowing this essential mind of love to pervade all of our interactions and relationships. We will learn how this warm hearted kindness will protect us from problems and suffering, and how it can be deliberately cultivated in meditation. We will come to appreciate how letting go of self-centeredness and learning to cherish others allows us to strive toward the happiness of all. Learning this is one meditation will change your life.
